Payment Options

Unfortunately, health insurance will not cover brain mapping, QEEG brain mapping, or neurofeedback training. To help the most people, I offer a variety of payment options – it is my sincere desire that everyone who wants help is able to receive it.

Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA), Medical Savings Accounts (MSA), do cover this technology, and we also accept Care Credit healthcare credit cards.

For everyone else, I offer affordable monthly payment plans. A typical neurofeedback program recommendation varies between 20 and 40 training sessions, depending on the individual case.

The payment program is interest-free – there are no fees at all.

Everyone is accepted – if you want help, I personally offer these monthly payment plans to all of my patients.

This is the breakdown of the 3 typical programs:

Initial QEEG: $99

This is free to all veterans and their families, as well as first responders and their families. (including nurses, therapists, doctors, and others who place themselves at risk to help others every day)

A 20-session program investment is $2,400

The down payment is $300

There are 14 equal payments of $150

Total: $2,400

A 30-session program investment is $3,450

The down payment is $450

There are 20 equal payments of $150

Total: $3,450

A 40-session program investment is $4,500

The down payment is $600

There are 26 equal payments of $150

Total: $4,500
